"How do I move quickly when my patients have a question during adjusting that requires time to answer?"

"How do I move quickly when my patients have a question during adjusting that requires time to answer?"
by Dr. Todd J. Royse

This is a very important topic. We want to be able to educate our people about living from Above-Down, Inside-Out. Sometimes this requires more than 10 seconds. (Although a lot can be said that quickly when we're on purpose and focused!) The best thing to do is to schedule an appointment to discuss it later. "Wow, Mrs. Jones, that's a great question. I'd like to spend plenty of time with you on that. Would you like to schedule a consultation in the office or have me give you a call for that?"

It is very important to train your patients to keep adjusting time focused on adjusting. The biggest reason is to keep YOU focused to give the best care possible without being in your head!
